Encourages 13-year old Kyoichi-maro (later Ryuge-in Nichizo Shonin) to become a priest and spread the Odaimoku in the Imperial capital of Kyoto when he grows older. Oct 13: Nichiren Daishonin passes away at Ikegami at approx. 8:00am. At 9:00am, funeral begins. Oct. 16: Nichiren Daishonin is cremated.
